Uncle in Worcester 2nd Battalion - Jhansi & World War 1

Brummie babby
My uncle, Francis McEvoy B) 05 June 1886 in Dudley He also went by the name of Francis or Frank Cooper due to his father passing away 3 months before he was born and then being adopted. He was in Jhansi, India at the time of the 1911 Census. I have found his WW1 medal card and that he survived the war. His service number was 7601

I am trying to find out if anyone knows anything else about him in particular his rank or how I could find a copy of the Regimental Census, and any theatres of war he may have been involved in.

Thanks

What name is on the medal card?
You could contact the Royal Worcestershire archivist although I think there is a fee for this. A search on google will give details of how to do this.
