Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I am trying to trace a family who had a florists shop at 131 High Street Aston at the turn of the century - they are there on the 1901 census. The family were called Powell, Ernest and Ada. They inherited the shop eventually from Ada's parents, George Clament Selley and Betsy Selley, whose girls were mostly named after flowers; Lily, May, Violet and Iris.
If you know anything at all about this family please please get in touch.
