  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Reading the Ann Street posts, I came to post 48 and the article by Robin Goodfellow and was taken back, i remember my Dad always used to read his articles usually aloud, because he would declare they were always interesting and informative and like me my Dad was a mine of trivia and useless information. He would have loved this IT age with Google and Wickipedia and access to immediate answers and yes we had sets of encyclopedia and reference books and old Moore's Alamanac. But who was Robin Goodfellow and how long did he contribute to the Mail for?
