Queens Hotel, New street 1920 - 1930 employment records

Hello,

I am investigating the possibility that my Mother's parents (to be) worked at the Queens Hotel, adjacent to New St Station.

This would be any time between 1920 to 1930:

1. Albert/Alfred Spiers (also occasionally used Albert Wilson) and Martha (Madge) Wentworth.

Q. Does anyone know if any records survive of this magnificent old Hotel that might confirm their employment?

I would be grateful for any assistance in this as I've drawn a blank so far
