Have bought a Birmingham Education Medal off ebay for an Annie Tew and am trying to locate the family so I can give them the medal back. From what's been found out so far she may have married of a William J Phillips in Aston in June 1919. If anyone has this person in there family and think they maybe related to Annie please get in contact.
