Can anyone confirm a marriage between Samuel Elvins and Ellen/Eleanor Milward on 13 May 1833 in St Martin’s Church. any additional details on the record?

samuel elvins of this parish bachelor and ellen millward of this parish spinster married 13th may 1833 at st. martins. they both signed with a cross

unfortunately both witnesses were church officials - robert powell and alexander sanders
 
both otp , batchelor and spinster, by banns both, made their mark, witness signed Robert Powell and Alexander Sanders
