Looking for Thomas Henry Young, Gold Chain Maker

In 1911 Thomas Henry Young was a Gold Chain Maker living at 40 Handsworth New Rd Birmingham . I believed he worked for himself. Can anyone locate his workshop in Birmingham? He would have operated between 1900 and 1930.

well his house is still there roger and of course it is possible that like many at that time he had a workshop at the back..cant be certain though..street view below

There is no Thomas Young listed as any sort of jeweller in the 1911, 1912 or 1913 Kellys, He is also not listed in Handsworth New Road, though that is not unusual if it was mainly a private residence. He is on the online electoral roll at 40 Handsworth New road till 1957
