  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Lyn, There is also an official report of HM Inspector of Mines for the coalfield in question. location, disaster, job and age these are to be found in the local records office. try looking at Access to Archives site www.a2a.org.uk this may guide you there too...Cat
 
cheers cat...will do that...i will be searching the years prob from about 43 to 48 at a guess...
