if you google this (peoples network ) when it comes up click on enquire,
follow the instructions, you will be able to speak to a librarian who will help with your research, not sure of the hours but i have been on there at 8 pm.

Note: You probably won't speak to someone from your own library service as many libraries take part in delivering Enquire.
