  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Hello,

My first post here, so i hope this is in the right section.

As part of my family research i am looking to find out who a property
was owned by at a particular period in time.

Does anyone know whether you can apply to the land registry for this
information and whether the record might be restricted in some way.

By that i mean would you get a list of all the owners from date of build
up to a specific time?

Any help gratefully received.

A title deed search can be carried out online - gives a list of owners and any restrictions on the property ( a Land Charge)
