  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

Glad you found it interesting. I worked at the branch at the Holly Bush, Quinton when I was at school, during one summer holiday. Those bikes were trecherous and I do rememebr selling a jar of fish paste to a customer. I was supposed to be shelf stacking but as I turned I came more or less face to face with the lady and expecting to be served, so i did. Althought I dont think i was supposed to but it would have been rude I thought not to.

I only did it for a while as I realised although the money was useful I was wasting valuable time that could be spent train spotting!! I remember the bloue and cream bedford CA vans and the shop did have a destinctive smell that only grocers shops do have.
