Hi there

Can anyone give me advice as to where to start with Ireland! I have been told that my grandmother went to live in Ireland, possibly Tipperrary, around 1927, her maiden name was Ruby Norris, but we think she married just before going, becoming Ruby Wilcox.

Without travelling to Ireland what can I do?
