IN OUR GARDEN 2024

Getting closer to the Buzzard. There were three close together when I took this picture, and as I put the camera one dived at great speed to about five gardens away.

When you finally get around to tidying up your garage because you've lost something, it's quite surprising what you find.



The blighter on the top shelf of the cupboard who pinched some of the peanuts intended for the blue tits was at least tidy.



Unlike his mates on the bottom shelf who created a right shambles and gobbled up half of one of my gardening shoes in the process.



I never did find the electric drill. Probably eaten by someone. Am feeling vindictive. And hoping the Gaviscon didn't work.

Be careful with that Pete, looks like a real antique! Make sure you don’t take the patina off it when you are cleaning up (if you do that is ).

We managed to get our container holders painted at the weekend.



It will be June, before we will chance planting anything.

On the left is the Christmas Rose as it is now, and the right as it was back in November last year. Abundant seeds.

i am still slowly painting 12 fence panels...using a good paint but each panel will still need 3 coats..big job but i am pacing myself

Took the dog for a walk at the Streetley side of Sutton Park yesterday evening, and came across these three Exmoor Ponies - tame as anything, beautiful creatures!! We were able to get within 3-4 yards of them and they did not bat an eyelid:-
