The local emergency services are asking people to put an entry or entries into their moble phones under the heading ICE ( Emergency Contact Information ) eg ICE 1-name-phone No. ICE 2-name phone No. etc. This seems to be a good idea as if involved in an accedent or incident they can scan your mobile and find your nearest and dearest.

this idea has been going on for a while now and seems to be catching on. it works as well. i have lost count of the times i have used this and contacted family members and gained valuble imformation. please can anyone who reads this please use it. ICE stands for "In Case of Emergency"

Have a job scanning mine I never carry the thing. I just like to get lost for a bit of peace and quiet. That is if I can find somewhere with no phones.
But its a good idea if you worry about possible emergencies .I have had a phobia about phones for years, completely irrational I know.
