Few Old Bikes

One of my schoolmates had a Claud Butler, the rest of us used to drool over it. Closest I ever got to something decent was
a second hand Dawes.
dawes was cool .most bikes i had was tat made from bits and pieces from scrap yards in nechells and aston

Dawes Double Blue was my aspiration too. Never got one though. I seem to recall there was a Lincoln Imp at the same time in black and yellow. Was that by Raleigh. I think they were almost identical in equipment. Was it some sort of badge engineering?
