  • HI folks the server that hosts the site completely died including the Hdd's and backups.
    Luckily i create an offsite backup once a week! this has now been restored so we have lost a few days posts.
    im still fixing things at the moment so bear with me and im still working on all images 90% are fine the others im working on now
    we are now using a backup solution

I have been given this printer (new) but I cannot get it to print address labels, any ideas to help to be able to print them? Thanks
 
What happens?
Are you trying to print addresses from a spreadsheet or similar. I guess the labels on a sheet will all need to be different i.e. for sending out Christmas cards?

Yes correct I print out address labels for Xmas cards. I could do it on my HP printer which I gave away (duh). Its on a Word document.
 
As it worked OK with the old printer it suggests the problem is in the printer properties or printer preferences. Check both. Or perhaps update the driver.
