Dr James Preston Medical Health Officer Of Birmingham

tali

master brummie
Dr James Preston- died in 1979, his wife Mary died last year - both Medical Health Officers.of Birmingham Anyone have
pics of them?
When was the centre named after him? what was his cause of death?Where did they live in Sutton Coldfield?
I ask as a 30 year barn find Aston Martin of Dr Preston went for auction recently

Thanks pollypops -good find :)- seems despite naming of a medical centre in his honour and his senior position he remains somewhat obscure
