D. Day Landings 6th June 1944

Alf

Gone but not forgotten. R.I.P.
Lets all spare a thought for those brave Men and Women, who by their actions this day all those years ago enabled us to be talking to each other today.

Yes Alf, a milestone in our history.

The so called 'ordinary' men and women who went to the aid of their fellow countrynen.

God Bless them all.

Remembering all those involved in the D-Day Landings and those they left behind. Such sacrifices we should never forget or take for granted. We Shall Remember Them.

D-Day 6th June, lest we forget

It's Funny??
not a thing on TV about it,typical of the producers,
would have thought it would be deserving of a mention
God Bless all The Lad's & Lassies,we shall never forget their great sacrifice
