CYCLE PROFICIENCY TEST

Here's mine...I didn't know what it was for until someone on the forum told me.
Considering I didn't own a bicycle in 1947...I must have cheated.

Bernie you are right about the pennant I had one and think it was fixed to my bike as you had to have a cycling proficiency certificate to ride to school.
