I'm pretty sure I bought this when it was first published. Maybe 1989 as part of the Centenary Fesatival. It's got great info & images of Birmingham through the years. Yep, really good.
 
Gary6373 - That book looks really interesting. I wonder if it is still available or out of print. I looked on Amazon and e-bay with no results. I think I will keep my eyes open for that one.
