77 Dudley Road????

Just received a copy of my grandads death certificate which states he died at 77 Dudley Road although he lived at a different address.

Question..... Is 77 Dudley road Dudley road hospital or is it a residential address?????

I believe its Dudley Road Hospital, the same address is on my great-grandmother's death certificate.
