No longer a pub, but interesting in that it was once a Gibbs Mew pub, a Salisbury brewery. It was previously known as The Smiths Arms. This triangular mock half-timbered former pub is at the junction with Norman Street.
My Gran lived in Norman St. When my Dad took my brother & me to see her, he'd drop us with her and go off on a round of the local pubs. The Smithy was his first stop. (No trees or grass in those days !).
