Hi
A wonderful turn-out for a wonderful occasion. Thanks to all involved in the organization of the meeting. Wish I could have stayed longer.
More photos on my blog soon.
Definitely infectious. I acquired a new grand-daughter only 2 weeks ago, a bit early but close enough. Maybe St George is the patron saint of procreation as well :D In fact, maybe St George should be the patron saint of genealogy!!!
Happy St George's Day.
My flag flying too. Have a great day and see you tomorrow.

I'll try and make it for a while. Are dragons allowed in or do I have to leave mine outside?

Hi Wendy
Saturday 24th, but you can always celebrate Billy the Bard's birthday/deathday on the 23rd. (Now is the winter of our discontent, but it seems to last all year)

I hope you all have a wonderful time at the Stag's Head. The closest I will be is at the Wellington on Bennett's Hill.

Hi Phil and thanks for the additional info and the photos.
Just checked on google and lo and behold https://tinyurl.com/qsut2b

Also, I can now get off my pc and amble...
Hi jennyann
Thank you for your reply. I have already checked out the URC churches, the nearest being Hall Green which could well have been encompassed in Acocks Green a century ago. However further research finds AG Congregational Church on Warwick Road, until it was sold in 1956 to the Bible...
Hi Lencops,
Sorry but photos attributed to brummages in your earlier post are not mine.
However I have added some since receiving an enquiry from Louisa.
