    Nechells

    Hi everybody, I lived in penstone terrace off Trevor street and went to st Clements school. We left in 1968 to alum rock which was close to my grandmothers house. My dad used to drink in the new inns at the top of the road.

    Summer Lane

    Hello I'm new to the forum. My dad lived in summer lane as a child, next door to The Barrel Pub. They later moved to Tower Street and then Guildford Street. The family name was Durrant and he was the youngest of 18 children. Does anyone remember the name or the family?
