Can't find them Lyn. The road now seems to be mostly made up of 1960s/70s housing with quite a number of low blocks of flats.

Apparently Barbra Cartland's childhood home was on Augustus Road, near Strutt Close ! Don't think it's still there.

according to wiki viv she was born at no 31 which as you suggested has now gone
