I found these by searching Calmview for 'Hurst Street Subway'. Screenshot of results. Alas Birmingham Archives are tricky to use. You will need an Archives Card (which you can use in many UK archives). Then you need an appointment at the Wolfson Centre. But once you have these the staff are helpful in my experience.
