As a family, we’d really appreciate anyone posting / sending any pictures or memories they have with my grandfather from this period in his life

Hi. There's a Facebook page on the Double Zero with a load of photos. I've put some memories of Colliers Volunteers.
A friends Sister used to babysit for Carol. David sometimes gave us a lift in his Ford Anglia drop Carol off and run the babysitter up to Aldridge Road then drop us off on the Beeches. Fond memories.
