They moved in sometime between the erolls of 1950 and 1955.In 1957 and 1960 Matthew and Maud Forbes are listed on the eroll for 37 Augustus Road. In 1962 they have moved to flat in Moseley by the looks of things. This could be when the house was sold.
If I'm reading this correctly post #17 and #22, suggests c1962/3 for the demolition to have taken place.

Planning history from 1948, detailed information from 2006. So there should be a planning application.I just tried looking for planning applications for Woodbourne - the earliest was 1974 but no details as too long ago. (Other than the applications were made by the Calthorpe Estate0. I don't know how far back the planning site goes.
