Old handwriting, what does this say?

Number 63 is crossed out, but what replaces it? It will possibly be the name of a pub or Inn. It is from 1881 and the profession of the addressee is Brewer and Inn Keeper.

i agree jonob it says church st..bit confused as i dont see 63 has been crossed out..its quite clear to me followed by numbers 64 and 65...not heard of tratt row..maybe kat could tell us which church st this was and the name of the person who was a brewer and inn keeper also his date of birth as it may help

I think it might be Road rather than Row - (only might). We could probably work it out from adjoining pages
