Today's Then and Now pics from Birmingham Mail

Great series Jennyann. Seeing the old Mermaid pub again brought back memories of Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club from many years ago!

I put together the images stated in the thread below by sistersue61; the Birmingham Mail have contacted me and said that they would be interested in using these images on their Then and Now pics section. The only problem they have told me about is who owns the copyright of the old images, and to tell you the truth i haven't a clue as there was no copyright notice on the archive images or a source url/address? I've used one or two of the images that have been posted on this forum, but i'm not sure where they have got them from?

What would your advice be on this?
