Where is This? 160

Lencops

So far Dek has discovered that it was in Leopold St Highate. We
are now trying to ascertain exactly where it was located and what the building in the background was.

I can't really help you more than I have without giving the game away. I will tell you that this cafe should never have run short of bread.

Phil

Phil not giving in, is that Aclester St a the bottom if so that building could still be there on the corner Haven,t been that way for some time Dek

The building in the background is G&S Brough`s factory. sheet metal and seals and other products made and supplied. Len.

There was an entry by the side of the cafe Braggs/ Greggs bakery was at the rear of the cafe. Len.

not sure but I think it was Hawleys bakery.

John

Hooray it is Hawley Bakery on Moseley Road and The Cafe is at the top end of Leopold St close to the junction of Highgate Street.

Its fitting that two lads from Nechells get to share first place.

Well Done JayKay & dec carr
