Which school in Sparkbrook ?

Hi can you advise if there are pupil records held anywhere for Birmingham schools?
My father lived in Studley St, Sparkbrook from 1925 and I’m trying to find which school he went to.

Welcome to the Forum. Firstly there are none online for that period. You need Birmingham Archives at the Library of Birmingham to a) ascertain if they exist and b) to ensure that you will be allowed to access them. It looks as if their website is having difficulties at the moment, but put "Birmingham Archives" into Google later on and that should give you contact details.

Thanks Viv. I think my dad was either at Ladypool Road National or Clifton Road School.

Even if they have the records they may be closed under the 100 year rule. Designed to protect the identity of living people. It should tell you on the archives site if the records are closed or not.
