9 degrees f here going down to 6 this evening. A few more snow showers this afternoon. Low teens tomorrow and then 45 on Monday. For the past week we have been about 40 degrees below normal what ever that is.

The storm is bad here, but in the last 10 minutes it has calmed down!!!!! I don't think it will stay calm for long!
its pretty wild and windy here as well kat....i can hear fence panels clattering so i hope mine are still there in the morning

Storm Isha played havoc in the garden last night, nothing serious but a lot of debris and climbers coming loose. Was planning to prune the wisteria today, but still too blustery.

This is Franklin three days ago; a neighbor has a small holding with a few cattle and four horses. Very unusual weather for Nashville/Franklin.

RSPB Birdwatch 2024: Fewer wild birds visiting UK gardens
Greenfinches, sparrows and starlings have declined the most but other species including goldfinches are thriving.

Just received my order of five Calla Lily bulbs which I intend putting in pots, maybe the end of March. I can't remember who put a photo on last year of theirs, which inspired me to buy some. Can you tell me what sort of spread they are so I can decide the size of pots I will put them in
