Electoral Register Look up - Brooks 41 Arden Road Sept 1949

Can anyone help me track a long lost uncle - name Brookes lived at 41 Arden Road, Birmingham 6 in Sept 1949.

What was his full name and the other residents at this address and how long did they live there?

His name is listed as the son on my wife's grandfather's death certificate - Albert Samuel John Brooks who died in Sept 1949 and lived at 135 Warren Road.

Can anyone tell me how long he lived at this address prior to his death and who were the other residents at this address ?

Any help greatly appreciated - many thanks.

He is listed as at 41 Arden rd in 1950, but not in 45 or 55. With him are Victor Cranston, Annie M & John E.L. Takel, James Ruffhead, Irene Broadbent & Michael C.Boyle.
Albert Samuel is not listed at 135 warren Rd on the online electoral roll after 1920. The Jester family , Ernest & Isabella Maud, (with Isabella & Eric Freeman in 1930) are there till 1950,
Online roll is for 1912, 1920, 1922,1925, 1927,1930,1935,1939,1945 1950 & 1955 plus absent voters lists for 1918 & 1919

Many thanks for that Mikejee much obliged.

Can you tell me the christian names of Mr Brooks at 41 Arden Road in 1950 ? He is the informant on his father's death certificate (Albert Samuel John Brookes) in Sept 1949. He has signed it with initials that look like A A W or A O W - terrible handwriter !!

Hi Mike,
That's great - many thanks. Yet another piece solved to a very big jigsaw - have got some info now and can fill in the blanks by going thru some of these addresses in the intervening years at Brum Central Library.
