Boer War deaths.

Jill

master brummie
Can anyone please advise me on how I can discover if an ancestor was killed during the Boer War. I have searched and searched for this ancestor's death and can only assume that he died in that war as it is the right period. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Jill :)Have you tried a search on the CWGC ?
Commonwealth War Graves Commission ,, free to search.

This has WW1 & WW2 casualties and has a scroll tab for "Other"
This may have/include Boer War deaths, i don,t know, never searched it.
So its just a thought for you to try,, Others may know better places to look
Best regards John Y
