Before and (just) after demolition

We have a thread called Then & Now which is great but I've seen a few images that show an area before and just after demolition which really highlights the immediate change in the landscape. I will start the thread with 2 sets of images from Furnace Lane.

Another from Furnace Lane. Strange that they would leave that solitary little wall on the right-hand side of the path, unless perhaps it had some services attached to it.

And one from my old stomping ground, almost makes me weep. Parliament Street would have hidden Clarendon Street but by this stage it had been completely obliterated.
