1900 Kelly's also 1905 and 1908 but not 1913.

It also does not seem to be on the 1911 census.

I also can't find it listed on 1901 census - Mayfield is there and houses around but no entry marked Yardley House.

Was occupied in the late 1880s by Henry Clark Yardley House tea merchant (mentioned on 17/9/1889 in the Birmingham Daily Post). Looking at Mike’s map, it was a large site, think it must have been here. Viv.
