Valerian there are no MI's published for Witton Cemetery as I don't think anyone would live long enough to complete the task. The burial records are at the cemetery office and there are indexes on microfich at Birmingham Central Library but these are very difficult to read. The staff at Witton may do one look up for you if you have all the info dates etc. They do charge otherwise. If you found the plot and no memorial are you sure there was one, sometimes families could not afford one. If there was one but not now it may have been dammaged beyond repair and so removed although this is not done now it may have happened in the 1960's. My grandfather's memorial was removed and destroyed at West Bromwich Cemetery.

Here is a map of Witton Cemetery I hope this helps.:)
