just trying to find the flats on street view...thats if they are still there....just a guess by maybe pic was taken in the 60s

Mrs E.M.Groom , clothier was at 13/15 Soho st, Smethwick in 1964. I think it not unreasonable to assume that the nearest buildings are Groom's . These are shown in red on the map.

just looking at your st view mike it shows soho close so has soho st where grooms shop was now gone..
