I've found on IGI William Horton married Jane Wood 27 Dec 1813 St Mary's, handsworth...*
You got any further info on this one?
 
havent got the marriage but found another child.

I’m just trying to reconfirm some info that I’ve got off family trees and IGI…
Hoping that you might find something on your disc:
Birth: You’ve already given me from St Martins B 22 Feb 1819, Christened 10 May 1819 – parents William and Jane…
BUT I’ve also found three more ‘possibles’ in IGI, could you check them for me please, to see if there are any addresses or occupations noted for the parents?
1. Born 8 Jan 1819, christened 26 Nov St Phillips - mother Sarah Horton (no father).
2. Born 5 Feb 1820, christened 29 Sept 1820 St Martins - parents William and Lucy….
3. Born 4 Apr 1820, christened 16 Jun 1821 St Phillips – parents James and Sarah
Marriage: From IGI and the trees, I have the marriage to Jane Gordon Chatwin (Chetwynd) at Aston Juxta 30 Aug 1840.
Again, if there is anything on addresses or parents / witnesses, it might help me to reconfirm that I’m following the right William.

Yes, you gave me that, but it didn't seem to link in.
Then I found other possible parents (see a few messages back...sorry - you can't remember everything that people post, I know ..... gold star, nudge, nudge :D, again congrats!)
and then the new ones above....I think that maybe I need to follow the latest ones you've given me ...oh well, back to the drawing board :biggrin:
 
i think the jane harrison one fits well as her williams occ was bridle bit maker, well surely that would be done at a foundry by a blacksmith ;)
 
OK, thick as usual .... 'bridle BIT maker' - that's the metal part....:rolleyes:
So used to having the others in the family on the leather side - sorry!! :)!
Now I'll add in the other kids you gave me earlier....
(but am still going to look for his first wife ;)), there may be more kids....:D
