William Barnett's shops.

My husbands uncle William (Bill) Barnett owned two shops in the late forties, fifties and early sixties. One was a fruit shop in Arden road Smethwick. This shop was run by his mother and father. Honor & William senior. The other shop was a Cobblers and it was on the Dudley road up towards Cape Hill. Does anyone remember these shops or the people mentioned ? I would be glad of any information .I have tried to find some photo's from the archives but have not come across anything yet.
