Wiggins at 277 Bell Barn Rd 1898 (1897)

Could anyone advise if, in 1898, 277 Bell barn Rd was
a) a grocers shop and
b) whether it was occupied by Joseph Wiggins.
In 1898 Elizabeth Wiggins gave this address on her marriage certificate & I would like to know whether it was the address of her father or whether she was in lodgings or even staying with a family member. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 1896 and 1899 edition of kellys gives Joseph wiggins, grocer and the 1900 edition gives William Ordish & Co grocers, and in 1897 there is no listing for 277. So it looks as if her father moved shortly after the wedding

Mike thank you so much for the information, which is a huge help. The identification of 277 as a grocer's shop seems to confirm that Elizabeth had indeed lived there with her family at the time of her marriage.
If I did not know better I would say Joseph Wiggins had gipsy blood - it is certainly difficult to keep track of his movements.
