Wow Lyn, you're never off duty! This photo seems so familiar. My vote goes to Bernie's suggestion, top of Livery Street/corner Colmore Row, across the road from the old Snow Hill station. I like the sign on the Kam Ling: "Grills. Chop Suey", keeping the menu in the comfort zone of traditional 'grills' but offering something new and exotic in chop suey.
