I think it's going to be a shop (not Bournville)

Clue: Over 50 years ago it was next to a cinema!

It is on Stratford Road, Hall Green next to Waitrose. Formerly the site of Robin Hood Cinema.
Go there every week but never knew that building was a "gents".

Not sure how it will do as a shop. There are some boarded up shops between this new build and Waitrose. Not sure who owns them but people have opened shops there, they don't seem to thrive and close down.
