Haven't a clue Phil but have been having strange cravings since the last where is this post.
2nd thoughts the bus is a give away HOCKLEY? not like you to give us a clue at the start Phil.

Sorry no

Bob

Shame on you I bet you have passed this place a thousand times. Don't say you can't remember the trams because nobody believes you.

The water tank on the brick piers in the back ground looks familure, is it in or by Digbeth?

Phil is it on the corner of Adderly St and Digbeth High St and the bus and tram are go back to the dept at the top of Adderly St.

Bob

Sorry wrong again, you'll kick yourself.

Di.Poppet

Sorry but it has been narrowed down to the Digbeth Area.

Isn't it rea Street turning left into Bradford Street, opposite the Anchor? The tram would be out of service, running empty to Kyotts Lake works, and the bus was presumably running back to Hockley depot, where I think all those Leyland-bodied PD2s were based, from the Yardley - it would have run out as a 15, 15A or 15B.
It reminded me of something I had completely forgotten - the 15s and 16s ran from Hockley via Colmore Row, Ethel Street, Hill Street, Station Street and Bradford Street, while the 29s to Hall Green turned left at Snow Hill Station, went down Steelhouse Lane to the Fire Station, then via Corporation Street, Bull Street, High Street and the Bull Ring. The rush hour 25s went the same way as the 15s, but continued up Bradford Street to Stratford Road and Hall Green. The other way, the 16s turned off Digbeth into Rea Street, then via Bradford Street, Hill Street, New Street, Corporation Street and Bull Street, while the 29s ran vis Digbeth, Bull Ring. New Street, Corporation Street and Bull Street. The 25s mororless did the same as the 16s I think.

100% correct, you transport buffs amaze me. How do you retain so much information about these old relics. Still I suppose its a good thing, if you didn't remember it would soon be lost to us forever.
