Where buried?

Just wondering if anyone know where someone who died at the Workhouse on Western Road/Dudley Road would be buried? My husband's great great Grandfather died there in 1914 but am not sure where to look for a grave if there is one? Am having problems finding out why he was ther in the first place to be honest as he had a lot of children but they seem to have disappeared from his life by about 1901! His name was Henry Josiah LOBB born 21/3/1848 died 29/11/1914 by the way. Any info or informed guess would be appreciated!

for workhouse read hospital , which is what they had become by that date, who was the informant on the death certificate ?

My 3x Great Grandfather died in the Workhouse Infirmary in 1893, (informant was T. Martin Hardie the Master).

He was buried in a public grave in Witton Cemetery, which has since been re-used. I don't suppose this is much help as yours is a lot later.
rosie.
