Could anyone please look up the marriage for William Ruscoe and Ellen Wheeler in Birmingham March 1872. I am hoping for a witness/parent/anybody name which might give a clue to Ellens family.

These marriage records are at Central Library for St Peter's Dale End. You could try contacting the library but they do charge. The only other option is to send for the certificate which would give you her father's name.:)
