Wells Family From Worcester To Birmingham

barrie

master brummie
My Gt Gt Grandparents were William (born c1821) and Rebecca Wells. (born c1823)   They were married 9 Feb 1842 at Warndon Worcester, and are on the 1851 census in Brunswick Place, St Peters, Worcester, but then they vanish, until 1881, when William Wells is in "The Birmingham Lunatic Asylum" in Winson Green, and Rebecca Wells is back in Worcester living in No 3 Tenement, Powick Lane, Worcester.   I cannot find any trace of them on the 1861 or 1871 census.   These are the details I have for them.  I really would appreciate some help with this.   The family have always believed that they moved from Worcester to Birmingham, but now I am beginning to have doubts.
