The following plaque is sited on the wall above the top tier of the catacombs (right-hand side, which is section J) marked as "B" on the picture of the catacombs.

It commemorates:
Pattie Adams (wife of William Frederick Adams) d Jun 23 1921, aged 53

The Adams Family in the Catacombs. Shame its not Addams !
I give the following for information, though it is not likely to be this William Frederick
There is a William Frederick Adams in the 1908-1921 Kellys living at 194 Hamstead Road, handsworth . From 1899-1905 he lives at 3 Charleville road., but the 1901 census shows his wife as Martha. I do not have access to the 1911 census and can see no record of a person in this area remarrying after 1901, so, unless Patty is a pet name, then this is not him

On the other hand, Martha disappears from the electoral roll between 1920 and 1922, so maybe Pattie was a pet name and this is the person. I can't find anyone else.
