Wagon & Horses. The Coventry Road at that point was known colloquially as Wagon Hill. Wagon Lane runs up to the left behind the pub. Barrows Lane to the right.

thanks roy and ann...i did wonder if the pub was the waggon and horses..below is map of where i think it must be..coventry road is running left to right

Can't get your map link to open, Wagon and horses is less than a mile from St Bernards Grange that features on the other recent thread.

Demolished and now a Aldi store sits on the site.
